The standard Voice Recording & Life Story Book (About Me Process) includes:

1. Up to one hour of telephone interview time using the About Me question format (we can send questions in advance via email if you like) 
2. Up to four hours of LifeBio Story Team editing services including adding up to 20 photos to the Life Story Book (photos can be uploaded to LifeBio.com or emailed)
3. An emailed PDF draft of your story, which can be used for review and making revisions
4. One printed comb-bound Life Story Book. Additional copies can be purchased if requested. Hardcover book options are available at an additional cost (21 page minimum).
5. A lifetime membership to www.lifebio.com, where the biography and audio recording(s) are stored from the phone interview. 

After purchase, the questions can be downloaded to allow time to prepare answers prior to scheduling phone interviews. Once the interviews are done, the LifeBio Story Team will create a first draft and work with the participant to make any edits needed. When edits are complete, a comb-bound Life Story Book is created.

NOTE:  Instead of the standard phone interview, an individual or family member can record using the LifeBio Memory app. The first hour of recording (typically the first questions inside) will be used to create the 8-10 page comb-bound book.
